The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) was honored by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office II for its invaluable support and contribution to the successful celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) during the Pasasalamat Partner Recognition Program held on October 1, 2026, at the DPWH Multipurpose Hall, Regional Government Center, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
The 126th PCSA, celebrated from September 1 to 30, 2026, carried the theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” highlighting the values of heart in service, integrity, and excellence in public service.
Through the recognition program, the CSC Regional Office II expressed its appreciation to partner agencies and institutions whose support contributed to the successful conduct of the month-long celebration.
USLT was among the partner institutions recognized for its contribution to the PCSA activities, reflecting its continued support for initiatives that promote public service and strengthen collaboration with government institutions.
The Pasasalamat Partner Recognition Program also brought together partner agencies and institutions for a gathering centered on appreciation, recognition, and fellowship, highlighting the shared values of Puso, Dangal, at Galing in serving the Filipino people.
