The Advancement Office, in collaboration with the Human Resource Management and Services (HRMS) of the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT), initiated a seminar on effective communication and marketing on May 19, 2026, at the Bulwagang Teodufo Domingo, with the theme “One Louisian, One Brand.”
The seminar brought together USLT employees and students to strengthen institutional communication practices, enhance competencies aligned with current media and organizational communication demands, and introduce innovative marketing techniques.
In the communication session, Dr. Romel L. Tagumasi shared his expertise on “Strategic Communication for Unified Brand Identity.” Meanwhile, in marketing, Dr. Rizza V. Ramos presented “Innovative Marketing and Advertising Strategies for Strengthening the Louisian Brand.”
Through this program, USLT avows its commitment to upskill and reskill its employees and students, promoting continuous development in line with the Louisian mission, vision, and core values.
