The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) topped the Cagayan Valley region in the October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PHLE), producing 24 newly Registered Pharmacists (RPh). It recorded a 92.31% institutional passing rate, exceeding the national passing rate of 77.47%.
