The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao – Basic Education School (USLT-BES) held its Kindergarten Completion Ceremony on March 24, 2026, at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo, recognizing the achievements of 37 kindergarten completers.
Of the total number of complters, four received the distinction “With High Honors,” while fifteen were awarded “With Honors,” highlighting their exemplary academic performance and commendable efforts throughout the school year. The recognition underscored the learners’ dedication as they completed an important milestone in their early educational journey.
Certificates of completion were formally awarded by Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, PhD, University President, together with Dr. Luisa B. Aquino, Vice President for Academics, and Dr. Emily T. Mabborang, Basic Education School Principal. The awarding of certificates symbolized the children’s readiness to transition to the next level of their academic path.
The ceremony was witnessed by school officials, faculty members, and staff, along with the proud parents and families of the completers. Their presence added warmth and significance to the occasion as they celebrated the young learners’ accomplishments and growth.
