USLT-SECAP produces new Louisian LPTs

The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao – School of Education, Criminology, Arts and Psychology (USLT-SECAP) takes pride in its newest Licensed Professional Teachers (LPTs) who successfully passed the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) as first-time takers.


Remarkably, USLT attained a 100% passing rate in the Elementary Level, while a 70% passing rate in the Secondary Level was achieved, surpassing the national passing rate of 62.27%.


Here are the new Louisian LPTs:

Bachelor in Elementary Education

Alexandria D. Macababbad, LPT

Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English

Jenifer L. Doruelo, LPT

 Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics

Joshua G. Morgado, LPT

Bachelor of Physical Education

Sanjo C. Soriano, LPT


This achievement reflects the strong foundation and unwavering commitment of the Teacher Education and Physical Education departments in shaping competent and value-driven educators.
