The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) recognized its outstanding licensure examination achievers and high-performing academic programs during the 55th Commencement Exercises held on June 25–26, 2026, at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium.
As part of the graduation ceremony, the university awarded plaques and certificates of recognition, along with cash incentives, to board topnotchers, top-performing schools, and programs that achieved a 100% passing rate in recent licensure examinations.
Among the individual honorees were Wynona Faye S. Aquino, who secured Top 4 in the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination and received a cash incentive of ₱70,000, and Marianne Elizabeth I. Corotan, who placed Top 10 in the same examination and received ₱50,000. Both awardees personally received their recognitions during the ceremony.
The university also honored its academic programs for their exceptional performance in various licensure examinations. The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering program received ₱75,000 after USLT was named the Lone Top Performing School in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination. Meanwhile, the Bachelor of Science in Architecture program was awarded ₱40,000 for earning a Top 10 Performing School distinction in the January 2026 Architecture Licensure Examination.
In addition, the Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology program received ₱40,000 for achieving a 100% passing rate in the March 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination, while the Teacher Education program was granted ₱20,000 for recording a 100% passing rate in the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers – Elementary Level.
The awards for the academic programs were received by the respective deans and department heads, recognizing the collective commitment of the university’s faculty, administrators, and graduates to academic excellence and professional competence.
