The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) welcomed more than 30 faculty members and administrators from Infant Jesus Montessori School (IJMS) on April 10, 2026, for an academic benchmarking activity held at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo (New EMC).
Glocal Partnerships and Engagement Director Dr. Anjanette F. Batulan opened the program with acknowledgement to the participants and the partner institution. Dr. Luisa B. Aquino, Vice President for Academics, then delivered the welcome remarks and emphasized the value of collaboration in strengthening academic practice. Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, PhD, University President, followed with a message highlighting the importance of continuous educational improvement.
Meanwhile, Dr. Emily T. Mabborang, Basic Education School Principal, presented an overview of the university, highlighting its programs and services. This gave the visiting group a clearer view of the university’s academic direction. In response, Dr. Imelda B. Bautista, IJMS Director, expressed appreciation for the opportunity to engage and learn from the experience.
The activity continued with parallel benchmarking sessions where participants shared practices and explored possible areas for collaboration.
