The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) successfully held the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony with the Department of Tourism – Region 02 (DOT-R2) on November 4, 2025, at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo.
This meaningful collaboration strengthens our shared commitment to academic excellence, research innovation, and sustainable tourism development.
Through this partnership, USLT and DOT-R2 aim to advance tourism education, support research initiatives, and implement programs that empower local communities while promoting inclusive growth in the region.
Present during the ceremony were the representatives from the DOT-R2, led by Regional Director Troy Alexander G. Miano, LPT, DPA, CESO III, and from USLT, the delegation headed by University President Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, Ph.D., along with members of the Extended Advisory Board, URIO Center Heads, and the Hospitality and Tourism Management faculty and students.
