The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) Basic Education School (BES) recognized the achievements of elementary pupils during the Term 1 Academic Recognition 2026, held at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium on September 18, 2026.
The awarding ceremony honored pupils from Grades 2 to 6 for their hard work and performance throughout the term. The young awardees received certificates in recognition of their efforts, determination, and commitment to learning.
Beyond recognizing academic achievements, the ceremony highlighted the importance of building good character, staying curious, and continuing to do one’s best as young CAPABLE Louisians.
Grade 6 awardee Arrienne Chavelle M. Abello also shared an inspiring message with her fellow pupils, encouraging them to continue growing and learning together.
The activity supports Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by recognizing pupils’ achievements and encouraging continuous learning and personal growth. Through activities that celebrate learners’ efforts, USLT-BES motivates young Louisians to build confidence and develop a strong foundation for their future.
