Due to the effects of Tropical Storm Kristine and the issuance of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 over some portions in Cagayan, classes from Kindergarten to Grade 12 are suspended today, October 22, 2024, as per the directive of the City Mayor.
