Academic achievement took center stage as the School of Education, Criminology, Arts, and Psychology (SECAP) honored its outstanding students during its Academic Recognition Program for the First Semester of School Year 2026–2027 on August 27, 2026, at the BCJ Campus Audio Visual Room.
The program highlighted the dedication and perseverance of SECAP students who met the school’s standards for academic scholarship. The occasion also provided an opportunity for the academic community to celebrate the students’ accomplishments alongside their families, faculty members, and school leaders.
Vice President for Academics Luisa B. Aquino, EdD delivered the congratulatory message, while Mirelle Jean A. Caronan, MST, Physical Education Department Head, presented the criteria for academic scholarship. Meanwhile, SECAP Academic Dean Herbert S. Corpuz, EdD, together with the department heads, led the proclamation and awarding of the academic scholars.
Adding a personal dimension to the celebration, student Mishaela Joschet C. Delayun shared messages, followed by a response from parent representative Mrs. Jessilyn C. Delayun.
Through the recognition, SECAP celebrates academic excellence while encouraging its students to sustain their commitment to learning and personal growth. The initiative supports Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, which promotes inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities.
