Raffle Draw: November 22, 2024 @ the USL grounds (The time will be announced soon.)
RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS:
1. The raffle draw is open to the general public. Those interested in joining may purchase one or more tickets for more chances of winning.
2. Each raffle ticket is worth TWO hundred pesos (P200.00) only. The tickets are sold at the following offices:
a. USL HR Office (USL Employees)
b. Office of Student Affairs and Services (Students, Alumni and Parents)
c. Dean’s and Principal’s Office (Students, Alumni and Parents)
d. Accounting Office (All stakeholders)
3. The selling duration of the raffle ticket is from October 7, 2024 until November 21, 2024.
4. All raffle tickets should be legibly filled out and should be dropped in the raffle box located at the USL Main Campus entrance. Dropping of the filled-out ticket must be done before the start of the raffle draw. The signature of the buyer is optional.
5. The grand draw will be held on November 22, 2024.
a. 1ST PRIZE: NISSAN URVAN (2nd Hand)
b. 2ND PRIZE: CROSSWIND 2012 MODEL (2nd Hand)
c. 10 CONSOLATION PRIZES
6. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
7. Winners of the minor/consolation prizes are still eligible to win in the major prize draw. However, the winner of the grand prize and other prizes can only win one (1) prize which is of the highest value.
8. The winner may assign a representative to claim his/her prize by presenting the following:
a. Authorization letter
b. Two (2) government-issued IDs of the winner
c. Two (2) government-issued IDs of the representative
9. The list of winners shall be posted on USL’s communication platforms (Website and Facebook Page). All winners will be given thirty (30) days after the draw to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and shall be disposed of at the discretion of USL’s Administration.
10. Winners shall claim their prize/s at the University of Saint Louis, Tuguegarao City, through the Office of the Vice President for Finance, upon presentation of two (2) valid IDs.
11. The proceeds of the sales will be used for campus development.
12. Expenses related to the registration of the vehicle and transfer of ownership shall be borne by the winner.
