Procedures:
- Visit https://uslt.aralinks.com.
- Use the corresponding class code and enrollment key for your department:

SABH: S4bH - Watch the recorded seminars specific for your department.
- Complete the three activity worksheets, and submit them through your Aralinks account.
- Fill out the Needs Assessment Form and Mental Health Index via Google forms.
- Evaluate the activity through a separate Google form.
- Enrollment for FRAP-MATCHA on Aralinks begins on September 11, 2024.
- The deadline to complete all FRAP-MATCHA activities is September 27, 2024.
Students who fail to enroll in the FRAP through the Aralinks will be asked to donate old but usable clothes or slippers for Project HOPE. Moreover, non-compliance to FRAP activities will be part of the clearance signing process this semester.
