The Office of Student Affairs and Services announces the nomination for the LAURELS (non-academic awards) and the Gawad San Luis for Students (GSLS). Any employee, coach, mentor, student, industry partner, stakeholder, community leader, and others are eligible to nominate.

Below are the schedules for everyone’s guidance.
- May 09, 2025: Deadline for nominations and supporting documents for LAURELS and GSLS
- May 23, 2025: Submission of Annual Departmental and Organizational Accomplishment Report
Please take note of the following:
- For GSLS, coverage of recognitions or awards received is until May 09, 2025.
- The Nomination Form and supporting documents must be placed in a long white folder. Label the bottom part of the folder with your name (Surname, First Name, Middle Initial).
