On December 22, 2024, Darwin F. Dumlao, MST, Head of the Center for Basic Education Research (CBER) of the Basic Education School (BES), was honored with five prestigious awards at the Fourth Instabright International Awards for Educators and Professionals, held at The Heritage Hotel in Manila, Philippines.
Dumlao was named Outstanding Educator of the Year, Outstanding Researcher of the Year, Outstanding Area Head of the Year, Outstanding Employee of the Year, and Innovative Teacher of the Year. These awards recognize his exceptional work in education, research, and leadership.
More so, these honors reflected his hard work and dedication to shaping the future of education, positively impacting his students and the community.
