The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) held the contract signing for the Basic Education School (BES) faculty for the School Year 2026 to 2027 on March 27, 2026, at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo (New EMC) Building.
The program opened with remarks from Dr. Marie Rose P. Mora, Vice President for Administration. This was followed by a message from Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, Ph.D., University President. In his address, he shared his vision for the upcoming school year and the years ahead. He encouraged the faculty to remain steadfast in forming students with strong values and academic competence. He also emphasized the role of educators in building a community rooted in faith, excellence, and service.
The contracts were then signed, marking each faculty member’s formal commitment to the university.
As the university moves forward, this renewed commitment stands as a strong foundation for the year ahead. May all BES educators continue to serve with purpose and carry the Louisian spirit as they form minds and hearts for the future.
