61st Founding Anniversary continues at 2nd Socio-Cultural Night

The celebration continued on February 10, 2026, at the Open Field as the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao community gathered for the second night of socio-cultural competitions, highlighting musical excellence, dance artistry, and vibrant performances from various schools and departments.


The Louisian Chorale competition opened the program, featuring harmonious performances from participating groups. The Basic Education School (BES) emerged as champion, followed by the School of Health and Allied Sciences (SHAS) as first runner-up, and the School of Architecture, Computing, and Engineering (SACE) as second runner-up.


Faculty members then took the spotlight in the Louisian Kantahan: Teacher’s Edition, showcasing their vocal talents and entertaining the audience. BES continued its winning streak by taking the championship, followed by the School of Accountancy, Business, and Hospitality (SABH) as first runner-up and SACE as second runner-up.


After the powerful showcase of voices, the Folk Dance competition celebrated Filipino cultural heritage through colorful costumes and graceful choreography. Once again, BES secured the championship title, with SACE earning first runner-up and SHAS securing second runner-up.


The evening concluded with energy and charisma filled the stage during the Louisian Pop Girl Group competition. BES once more clinched the championship title, while SABH claimed first runner-up, with SHAS placing second runner-up.


The second day of the socio-cultural events once again highlighted the exceptional talents and school spirit of the Louisian community, sustaining the festive momentum of the university’s 61st Founding Anniversary celebration.
