USLT-SHS Enrollment Procedures for AY 2025-2026

ONLINE ENROLLMENT FOR INCOMING GRADE 11

(For USLT JHS Grade 10 Students ONLY)

PAY→ENROLL→SUBMIT


PAY

Settle the enrollment down payment of PHP1,000.

  • Proceed to the University’s Accounting Office.
  • Secure and fill out a pay slip to pay for Grade 11 ENROLLMENT FEE.”
  • Pay an amount of 1000.00 as enrolLment down payment and secure a receipt.

ENROLL

  1. Log in to your student portal at https://myportal.usl.edu.ph.
    • Open your student portal.
    • Use your login account to open (ID Number and Password).
  2. Click the “ENROLLMENT” button at the lower left part of the student portal.
    • Update personal information.
    • Select Strand Priority:
      • ABM
      • HUMSS
      • STEM-Health Science
      • STEM-Non Health
  3. Read the agreement and check if you AGREE, then click the “ENROLL” button.
  4. Click the confirm button to proceed with your application.
    • Your status on the dashboard will be changed to “ENROLLED.”
  5. Click again the “ENROLLMENT” button and print the enrollment form to be attached and submitted together with your enrollment requirements.

SUBMIT

Submit the following DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS to the Registrar’s Office:

  • 2×2 ID picture (white background, casual attire, natural hair color, clean haircut, and no earring for male students)
  • Clear Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • JHS Report Card
  • Printed and signed enrollment form (generated form after online Enrollment process)

Note:

  1. The enrollee can pay in excess of more than the required 1000.00 down payment for enrollment which will be considered a deposit that will be deducted on their assessment.
  2. Paid “Enrollment Down Payment of 1000.00” will be NON-REFUNDABLE if the enrollee wishes to retract/withdraw his/her enrolment.
  3. On the other hand, the excess payment will be REFUNDABLE if the enrollee wishes to retract/withdraw his/her enrollment.
  4. Applicants who are already ENROLLED will be secured of their slots.
  5. Failure to submit enrollment requirements will result to forfeiture of enrollment as the enrollment status will be CONDITIONAL and can be forfeited and will not be official if there is no submission of enrollment requirements.

REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT FOR INCOMING GRADE 11 FROM SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOLS AND SECTIONS (SY 2024-2025)

Note:  

  • THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE A GENERAL WEIGHTED AVERAGE NOT LOWER THAN 80% AND MUST NOT HAVE ANY FAILING MARKS OR GRADES ON ANY GRADING OR SEMESTER.
  • SECURE FIRST A CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR SCHOOL/PRINCIPAL CERTIFYING/AFFIRMING THAT YOU ARE COMING/GRADUATING FROM A SCIENCE SCHOOL/SPECIAL SCIENCE CLASS/SECTION BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO THE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE.

REGISTER→PAY→ENROLL→SUBMIT

REGISTER

  1. Open the link: https://registration.usl.edu.ph/. Log in using your valid Google account or email (ex. juandelacruz1234@gmail.com).
  2. Select program level of application: Select Senior High School and Select ENROLLMENT (Incoming Grade 11).
  3. Fill out the basic information needed.
  4. Select your Strand:
    • ABM, HUMSS, STEM-H, or STEM-NH
  1. UPLOAD A COPY/PHOTO of school/principal’s certification that affirms that you are coming/graduating from a science school/section.
  2. Click REGISTER button to complete the process.
  3. Processing and verification of registered records will take 2-3 days.
  4. Open https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ to get updates on your pre-enrollment status.
  5. A VERIFIED status will show/appear in your dashboard at https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ if your registered records have been processed and verified.

PAY

  1. Use the ID Number (25*****) provided in your dashboard to settle your pre-enrollment fee amounting 1000.00.
  2. Payment can be made through the following:
    • Over the counter payment in the accounting office of the university. Use the ID number provided to settle the pre-enrollment fee.
    • Online Bills payment facilities and services are also available on your dashboard thru this link https://registration.usl.edu.ph/.
  1. Log in again to https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ using the Google account that you registered and upload a copy of your proof of payment or receipt to be verified by the accounting office to complete the process.
  2. Check and log in to https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ to get updates for the confirmation of your registration. If the status is set to “VERIFIED,” you can now proceed to enrollment.

ENROLL

  1. Go to https://myportal.usl.edu.ph.
  1. Sign in to your student account (ID number: “25*****” and password: “usl” as your log in credentials in your student portal).
  2. Click the “ENROLLMENT” button at the lower left part of the student portal.
  3. Fill in the needed information (Note: All with “RED” marks indicate that you are required to fill out the section while all with “GREEN” marks indicate that you need to update the information).
  4. Read the acknowledgement statements and click all three (3) boxes.
  5. Click the “ENROLL” button at the lower part.
  6. A dialogue box will appear to confirm your enrollment. Click the “CONFIRM” button.
  7. Another dialogue box will appear indicating that your online admission is successful, then Click “OK.”
  8. Click and download the enrollment form to be attached to the submission of the physical copy of your documentary requirements in the principal’s office.

SUBMIT

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR USLT-SENIOR HIGH ADMISSION TEST and ENROLLMENT  

REGISTER→PAY→EXAM→PAY→ENROLL→SUBMIT

REGISTER

  1. Open the link for the online registration at https://registration.usl.edu.ph/.
  1. Log in using your valid Google account or email (ex. juandelacruz1234@gmail.com).
  2. Select program level of application; select Senior High School.
  3. Select Admission Test.
  4. Fill out basic information needed.
    • Name, birthday, age
    • School, school address, and date of graduation
  5. Select your Strand
    • ABM, HUMMS, STEM-H, or STEM-NH
  6. Click register button to complete the process.

PAY

  1. Use the Applicant Number (00*****) provided in your dashboard to settle your registration fee for the admission test amounting 100.00.
  2. Payment can be made through the following:
    • Over the counter payment in the accounting office of the university. Use the Applicant number provided to settle the admission test fee.
    • Online Bills payment facilities and services: https://bit.ly/47plPPc
    • Online Bills payment facilities and services are also available on your dashboard https://registration.usl.edu.ph/.
  1. Log in again to https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ using the Google account that you registered and upload a copy of your proof of payment or receipt to be verified by the accounting office to complete the process.
  2. A VERIFIED status will show/appear in your dashboard at https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ if your registered records have been processed and verified.
  3. Check and log in to https://registration.usl.edu.ph/ to get updates for the confirmation of your registration.
  4. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the USLT-SHAT registration process.

EXAM

  • You will receive an SMS/TEXT MESSAGE regarding the details and schedule of your Online Examination.
  • You will receive a confirmation text that you have passed the USLT-SHS admission test.

PAY

Use the ID number to pay an amount of 1000.00 down payment enrollment fee.

  • You can pay at the accounting office of the university.

ENROLL

  1. Sign in to your student portal account at https://myportal.usl.edu.ph using your school ID number and your password provided in the confirmation text.
  1. Click “Enrollment” in your portal.
