The team triumphed in a global case challenge that required participants to analyze and present strategic solutions within 2 hours.
Competing against student leaders from various institutions, Madrigal and her team demonstrated strong analytical skills, collaborative leadership, and sound decision-making under pressure. The case challenge simulated real-world business scenarios that required critical thinking, financial insight, and strategic recommendations within a limited time frame.
For her outstanding performance, Madrigal earned ₱16,000 worth of microcredentials sponsored by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). These microcredentials provide advanced learning opportunities in management accounting and professional practice, further strengthening her academic and career pathway.
