The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) recorded a 100% passing rate in the September and November 2025 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) – Elementary Level.
For the Secondary Level, first-time takers achieved an 85.19% passing rate, while the institution posted a 71.83% overall passing rate.
