The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) Pharmacy Department has established a partnership with Unilab Education, Inc. (UniEd) through its alignment with the Philippine Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (PACOP), strengthening its commitment to outcome-based pharmacy education.
The collaboration aims to provide student pharmacists with hands-on industrial exposure and access to a real-world pharmaceutical manufacturing network, complementing classroom instruction with practical learning opportunities.
Through this partnership, USLT seeks to strengthen the connection between academic preparation and industry practice, equipping future pharmacists with the professional values, technical skills, and competencies needed in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
This initiative supports SDG 4: Quality Education by strengthening outcome-based pharmacy education and providing student pharmacists with practical learning opportunities that connect academic knowledge with industry practice. It also contributes to SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by fostering collaboration between the university, PACOP, and Unilab Education to enhance professional preparation and industry engagement.
