USLT celebrates 163rd CICM Founding Anniversary

The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao commemorated the 163rd CICM Founding Anniversary on November 26, 2025, at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium, gathering the Louisian community and the families of the CICM priests in a celebration of faith, mission, and gratitude.


The event opened with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Hirohito Bolo Jr., CICM, Provincial Superior of the Philippines. Concelebrants included Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, Ph.D., University President; Rev. Fr. John Mark D. Barroga, CICM, Vice President for Mission and Identity/University Chaplain; Rev. Fr. Pedro Dulnuan, CICM, Chaplain of St. Mary Catholic Mission; and Rev. Fr. Fernold Denna, CICM, Rector of the CICM Theological Seminary.


Following the mass, a tribute program was held to honor the CICM fathers for their unwavering dedication and missionary service. Heartfelt messages and performances highlighted the profound impact of their ministry, reflecting the enduring spirit of the CICM congregation in the Philippines and beyond.


In closing, the celebration echoed a call to continue embodying the values of compassion, service, and faith.


The 163rd CICM Day Celebration concluded with gratitude for all who contributed to the meaningful commemoration and with the hope that the legacy of the Congregatio Immaculati Cordis Mariae (CICM) continues to inspire future generations.
