The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao welcomed the new academic year with the Holy Spirit Mass held on August 13, 2026, at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium.

Presided over by Rev. Fr. John Mark D. Barroga, CICM, Vice President for Mission and Identity/University Chaplain, the Eucharistic celebration gathered students, faculty, and staff from the School of Education, Criminology, Arts, and Psychology (SECAP) and the School of Health and Allied Sciences (SHAS).
With the theme, “Sent by the Spirit: One Heart and One Soul in Mission,” the celebration called the Louisian community to begin the academic year with renewed faith, unity, and commitment to the mission of the university.
May the Holy Spirit guide every Louisian throughout this academic year as we learn, serve, and journey together in one heart and one soul.
