The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) formally conducted the Ceremonial Signing of Contract for appointed personnel across various management levels, including college faculty members for School Year 2025-2026 on July 31, 2025, at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo.
The signing involved members of Top Management, Senior Management, Middle-Level Management, and First-Level Management, together with faculty members as part of the university’s continuing mission to uphold excellence and commitment in educational leadership and service.
Prior to the contract signing proper, the Oath of Commitment was led by Dr. Alicia S. Tuliao, Senior Director of the Human Resource Management and Services, affirming the faculty’s and appointees’ dedication to the responsibilities entrusted to them.
Following the ceremonial signing, messages of commitment and support were delivered by Ms. Gladys T. Tumbali, faculty member of the School of Accountancy, Business, and Hospitality, and Ms. Lily Ann B. Dela Cruz, Officer-in-Charge of the Community Engagement and CICM Advocacies, representing the management group.
Moreover, Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, Ph.D., University President, expressed his gratitude to the faculty members and appointees for embracing their roles. In his message, he used the image of a camel as a symbol of resilient and purposeful leadership—capable of enduring and persevering through long, difficult journeys, even in times of scarcity.
The program served as a formal and symbolic affirmation of shared commitment to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and uphold the Louisian core values.
