The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) continues to elevate the landscape of higher education in Region II as it proudly stands among only five Delivering Higher Education Institutions (DHEIs), out of 27 graduate schools in the region, qualified for the Commission on Higher Education’s Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP).
This recognition affirms the university’s steadfast commitment to academic excellence and capacity-building in accordance with Republic Act 7722, or the Higher Education Act of 1994, which mandates CHED to strengthen and support quality higher education across the country.
A Premier Hub for Graduate Advancement
As a CHED SIKAP-qualified DHEI, USLT strengthens its role as a hub for academic growth and leadership development. Currently, three SIKAP scholars are officially enrolled at the university, an inspiring testament to USLT’s expanding impact on faculty development and nation-building.
