The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) proudly congratulates two of its distinguished alumni, Cristelle Joy C. Datul and Bryan Jaquine J. Rasalan, for being recognized as Regional Winners in the 2025 Search for Outstanding Government Workers by the Civil Service Commission Regional Office II.
Datul, a 2014 Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program graduate, and Rasalan, who completed the same degree in 2011 and earned a Master in Information Technology in 2017, are members of Team TalaSaka of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office II. The team is this year’s recipient of the prestigious CSC Pagasa Award (Group Category).
The CSC PAGASA Award honors exemplary groups of public servants whose collaborative work has led to improvements in public service delivery, positively impacting multiple government agencies. In their respective roles, Datul and Rasalan have contributed significantly to advancing agricultural programs and digital innovation in the region.
USLT takes great pride in the accomplishments of its alumni, whose dedication to service and pursuit of excellence exemplify the university’s mission to form competent, compassionate, and socially responsible professionals.
