The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) administrators visited the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office 2 on January 28, 2025, for a courtesy call on Dr. Julieta M. Paras, CESO III, the newly appointed regional director of CHED. The USLT administration took the opportunity to congratulate Dr. Paras on her appointment and expressed their best wishes for her continued success in leading CHED Region 2.
During the visit, both parties discussed opportunities for stronger educational collaboration. USLT administrators emphasized the university’s commitment to enhancing academic programs and fostering institutional growth, aligning with CHED’s mission to raise educational standards across the region.
With this strengthened partnership, the courtesy call also served as a way for USLT and CHED to shape a more dynamic, quality-driven higher education landscape for Region 2.
