Rev. Fr. Maniwang set the tone by highlighting the importance of building a sustainable relationship between the two institutions. Following his address, Mr. Ocho provided an overview of SGV’s mission, objectives, and background. Mr. Padilla then introduced representatives from both organizations, facilitating the dialogue.

The meeting focused on SGV’s programs, specifically those aligned with the School of Accountancy, Business, and Hospitality (SABH) Department and the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) of the Basic Education School (BES).

Program objectives, activities, partner educational institutions and organizations, and the SGV team’s roles were discussed, emphasizing how SGV’s resources and expertise could support USL’s academic goals. SGV’s team explained that their primary goal is to “build a better working world” by supporting educators who shape future generations. By providing resources and training, they aim to impact ABM and Accountancy students and the wider community positively.

As both teams move forward, a core group will be established to outline the specific goals of this partnership. Both institutions are optimistic that this collaboration will open new doors for academic enrichment and professional growth, with a formal program launch anticipated soon.
