Project Hapag-Asa serves free meals to college studs

As Louisian college students face the challenges of their final examinations, Project Hapag-Asa continues to extend its support. Yesterday, students were treated to warm and hearty meals served across different campuses to energize students and help them focus on their academic pursuits.

Meals were served at the C-Walk area at the Main Campus, the ground floor of the Lecaros Campus, and the Common Grounds at the BCJC to ensure accessibility for students at these campus locations.

Project Hapag-Asa will continue to serve meals until the last day of exams on Saturday, December 21, 2024, ensuring that no student goes through this week without the energy and motivation they need to succeed.

Yesterday’s turnout showed the positive impact of this project, with students expressing their gratitude for the gesture that truly makes a difference.

The university’s dedication to fostering a supportive and caring environment shines through initiatives like this, anchored with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), and SDG 4 (Quality Education).
