  1. For PRE SCHOOL, the child must be (4) four years old by the end of October as per DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016.

     

    For KINDERGARTEN, the child must be (5) years old by the end of October as per DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016.

    Interested applicants must register and submit the following before taking the assessment:

    • Photocopy of NSO Certificate of Live Birth
    • Testing fee receipt
    • One (1) copy of the most recent colored ID picture (2×2) with white background
  1. Submit the following before taking the examination:

    • Certificate of Live Birth from PSA (photocopy)
    • Testing Fee of P100.00 (non-refundable)
    • Photocopy of report card with LRN number for Grade 1
    • Photocopy of report card with a general average of 85% or above to be submitted after the 4th grading period for Grade 2 – 6
    • One copy of the most recent colored ID picture (2×2) white background

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

for Incoming Grade 7 Students

SY 2026-2027

Enrollment Dates:
  • USLT Elementary Pupils – January 26, 2026 onwards
  • From other schools – February 2, 2026 onwards
Note: Grade 6 pupils of USLT are granted automatic admission to Grade 7. Meanwhile, applicants from other schools are required to register for the Junior High School Entrance Examination at the Basic Education School (BES) Guidance Office.
PAY
Pay a minimum down payment of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00). Payments may be made through any of the following authorized facilities:
  1. USLT’S FINANCE OFFICE – The Finance Office thru the Cashier’s Window accepts payment from Monday to Thursday at 7:30 am – 5:30 pm and on Friday at 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
  2. BILLS PAYMENT
    • LANDBANK’s LinkBizPortal
    • UNION BANK – All students and parents with Union Bank accounts can use this facility. Over-the-counter payment is available thru bills payment (not thru regular deposit to the account).
    • CEBUANA LHUILLER (Payment is posted in the afternoon of the following day.)

Note:

  • USLT Grade 6 pupils are required to settle their payment at the USLT Finance Office. Please accomplish the payment form, select “Others”, and indicate Pre-enrollment Fee.
  • The down payment fee is non-refundable in case of withdrawal. If the student continues with enrollment, the down payment will be credited toward the school fees.
  • For payments made through our authorized facilities, kindly email cashier@usl.edu.ph with a copy of your payment receipt attached if your down payment has not been reflected in the student portal within three (3) days after completing your payment transaction.
ENROLL
Enrollment can be done through the following:

A. ONLINE PORTAL ENROLLMENT

  1. Log in to the Student Portal at https://myportal.usl.edu.ph
  2. Select the Enrollment link.
  3. Complete all required fields with your Personal Information.
  4. Tick the Agreement checkbox and click the Enroll button.
  5. Click the Enrollment Form button and print the form.
  6. Click the Personal Information Sheet button and print the form.

B. WALK-IN ENROLLMENT

Please proceed to the Office of the BES Principal for assistance with the processing of your enrollment.

Note: Any student who discontinues his/her studies after enrollment must formally process a withdrawal of enrollment at the BES Principal’s Office. Failure to comply will result in the student being charged the full school fees for the entire school year.

SUBMIT
Submit the following ENTRANCE CREDENTIALS to the Office of the University Registrar.
  • Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Original Copy of Grade 6 Report Card (Year-end average not lower than 80)
  • Printed and duly signed Personal Information Sheet (generated from the Student Portal after completing the online enrollment process).

Please take note of the following:

  1. After submitting your entrance credentials, proceed to the Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) Office for School ID picture taking. Students are expected to maintain a proper and clean haircut and to retain their natural hair color for the photo.
  2. Failure to submit entrance credentials may result in the invalidation of enrollment.
  3. Enrollment shall be forfeited if the student’s year-end average is below 80.
  4. Please check your Student Portal from time to time and monitor entrance credential submissions and class schedule changes.

  1. Incoming Grade 11 students who have completed the Junior High School program can apply and are eligible to take the USL – Senior High Admission Test.
  2. All Grade 10 USL students and Grade 10 students from Science High School/Science section are exempted from the test.
  3. Exempted applicants are eligible to proceed for Pre-enrolment.
  4. All applicants for the test must have a general average of at least 80% with no failing marks in any of the grading periods.
  5. Students are allowed to take USL – Senior High Admission Test once only.
