The Basic Education School Guidance Office provides instructions about the Freshmen Readiness and Adjustment Program (FRAP). This program is designed to support students as they transition into their new academic environment.

Please follow the instructions below to complete the activity:

1. All Grade 11 students enrolled in School Year 2024-2025 are required to participate in this activity.
2. The FRAP activities will be conducted online through a self-paced learning module, allowing students to work at their own pace.
3. Students must complete the FRAP module by the end of September.
4. To register, kindly fill out the form through this link: https://forms.gle/vAN8otGEerr2aMTv9 Upon registration, an email will be sent containing a link to access the Google Drive folder with the FRAP activity module. Additionally, students may use the provided QR code to access the module.
5. The Guidance Office will monitor the completion of the FRAP module to ensure all students meet the program requirements. Compliance with this process will be closely tracked.
