The University of Saint Louis (USL) is hosting “An Hour with the President,” a series of conversations aimed at nurturing open communication among university employees, students, and parents. This endeavor provides a platform for attendees to express their concerns, thoughts, and sentiments directly to the University President, Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, PhD, in a friendly and encouraging environment.
The sessions begin today at the Good Shepherd Chapel involving students from the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering (SACE), School of Health and Allied Sciences (SHAS), and Senior High School (SHS). These forums are structured to promote dialogue, allowing participants to voice their opinions and share their experiences regarding university life.
The program will run until October 17, 2024, ensuring that all employees, other students, and parents have the opportunity to engage in these meaningful interactions. Rev. Fr. Maniwang aims to create a supportive atmosphere where Louisians feel comfortable raising any issues they may encounter within the university.
Through these conversations, USL strengthens its dedication to building an inclusive and collaborative environment where every voice is heard. By encouraging open dialogue, the university aims to address concerns proactively and enhance the university experience for all its stakeholders.
