Enrollment Procedures for Incoming Grade 7 Students (AY 2025-2026)

Note: For non-Louisians who have NOT YET REGISTERED, kindly visit the BES Guidance.

I. PAY

1. Pay the down payment fee of at least one thousand pesos only (P1,000). (Refer to BILLS PAYMENT below.)

Note:

• USLT students will have to pay at the USLT Finance Office. Fill out the Payment form, tick “others,” and specify the enrollment fee.
• The down payment fee of P1,000 is non-refundable, if in case that a student withdraws his/her enrolment. If the student proceeds to enrollment, the down payment fee will form part of his/her school fees.
• Payment verifications are processed within 2-3 working day/s.

PAYMENT FACILITIES

1. USLT FINANCE OFFICE – Opens from 7:30 am to 11:45 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:15 pm from Mondays to Fridays. Payment is posted in real-time.
2. CEBUANA LHUILLIER (Payment is posted 2-3 working days after payment has been made. However, if payment is made on a Friday and Saturday, posting is done Monday of the following week; if on a Sunday, posting is done on a Tuesday of the following week.)
   • Proceed to any branch of Cebuana Lhuillier near your location by filling out the bills payment form and provide the following details:
   • ID Number of the student
   • Name of the student
   • Amount to be paid
   • Merchant’s Name (Name of School): University of Saint Louis
3. LANDBANK’s LinkBizPortal (For LBP-to-LBP bank transfer, payment is posted the following working day. However, payment made thru the cash collection agent is posted 3 working days after payment has been made.)
   • Landbank ATM account, select ATM Bancnet, and any of the following cash collection partners of LBP:Pay & Go
     • Posible
     • Robinson’s Business Center
     • RuralNet
     • RD Pawnshop
     • SM Business Center
     • Bayad Center
     • DA5 Outlets
     • LBC
     • M. Lhuiller
     • Bayad Express
     • 7 Eleven (2,279 outlets nationwide) – with CLiQQ Kiosks
     • EC Pay (4,185 outlets nationwide)

Note: Over-the-counter payment is not allowed at Land Bank

d. THRU UNION BANK (Payment is posted the following working day; however, if payment is made on a Saturday or Sunday, posting is done on a Monday of the following week.)

• All students and parents with Union Bank accounts can use this facility. Over-the-counter payment to Union Bank is accepted.

Note:    If payment is made through bills payment of Landbank, Cebuana Llhuiller, and Union Bank, check the payment status in the student portal after three (3) working days. If payment is not posted, kindly email a copy of your proof of payment or confirmation notice to cashier@usl.edu.ph.

II. ENROLL

FOR ONLINE ENROLLEES

1. Sign in to your student portal account at https://myportal.usl.edu.ph using your school ID number and the password provided in the confirmation text.
2. Click “Enrollment” in your portal.
3. Fill in the needed information
   1. Note: All with “RED” marks indicate that you are required to fill in the section while all with “GREEN” marks indicate that you need to update the information.
4. Read the acknowledgment statements and click all three (3) boxes.
5. Click the “Enroll” button at the lower part.
6. A dialogue box will appear to confirm your enrollment. Click the “Confirm” button.
7. Another dialogue box will appear indicating that your online admission is successful, then Click “OK”.
8. Click and download the enrollment form to be attached to the submission of the physical copy of your documentary requirements in the principal’s office.

III. SUBMIT

Submit the following ENTRANCE CREDENTIALS to the REGISTRAR’S OFFICE.

• Original copy Grade 6 Report Card
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Accomplished Enrollment Form

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Failure to submit entrance credentials can mean invalidation of enrollment. Please be guided accordingly.

Enrollment is forfeited if the year-end general average of a student is below 80%.
