BES-SHS recognized academic achievers in 1st Sem SY 25-26

The Senior High School (SHS) Department of the Basic Education School (BES) recognized 271 learners for their academic performance during the Second Grading Recognition Program for the First Semester, marking another milestone in the learners’ journey toward academic maturity and purpose-driven excellence.


For Grade 11, a total of 114 learners earned recognition across the different academic . The STEM-Health strand led the roster with 65 honorees, followed by 21 awardees from STEM-Non Health, 19 awardees from the ABM strand, and 9 honorees from HUMSS.


Meanwhile, Grade 12 recorded 157 academic awardees, highlighting the sustained commitment of graduating learners. The STEM-Health strand once again posted the highest number with 69 honorees, complemented by 41 awardees from ABM, 36 awardees from STEM-Non Health, and 11 honorees from HUMSS.


The recognition activity went beyond numbers, celebrating resilience, consistency, and growth among SHS learners as they navigate more specialized and demanding academic pathways.
