The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) proudly congratulates Cesar Paul Jr. Tumaliuan Quilang for securing 4th place nationwide, with a rating of 91.33%, in the October 2026 Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination (CPALE).
His achievement adds to the university’s success in the licensure examination, recording an institutional passing rate of 62.64%, surpassing the national passing rate of 37.12% and producing 57 new Louisian Certified Public Accountants.
