The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) produced 57 new Louisian Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), including Cesar Paul Jr. T. Quilang, who secured Top 4 national placement, and recorded an institutional passing rate of 62.64%, surpassing the national passing rate of 37.12%, in the October 2026 Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination.
Quilang’s national placement displays the academic preparation and dedication of USLT’s accountancy graduates, while the university’s institutional performance reflects the collective efforts of its students, faculty members, and the academic community.
