| STEP 1 | REGISTER: Online and Onsite Registration for Entrance Examination • Open the online registration link https://registration.usl.edu.ph Note: Please access the registration link using an external browser (e.g., Google Chrome). • Read and tick the Policy Acceptance and Data Privacy clause. • Log in using a valid personal Google account or email (e.g., juandelacruz1234@gmail.com). • Select “College” as the appropriate level of application. • Tick the GWA clause agreement. • Fill out the required BASIC INFORMATION. -Complete Name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name) -Sex, Date of Birth, Active Contact Number -Name of School, Complete School Address, and Probable Date of Graduation • Select 3 Priority Programs: -Priority Program 1 -Priority Program 2 -Priority Program 3 • Click the REGISTER button to complete the process. Reminder: • Please take note of your APPLICANT NUMBER that will be provided in the Registration Dashboard. |
| STEP 2 | SCHEDULE: • You will receive your TEST SCHEDULE within three (3) working days after registration. • Schedules will be sent via Email and will be posted on the Registration Dashboard. • The Date and Venue of the Test will be included in the Schedule you will receive, along with other Test Information. |
| STEP 3 | PAY: PHP 200 Testing Fee • Upon receiving your test schedule, you can pay at the Accounting Office of the University on the Main Campus in advance. • You can also pay the Testing Fee on the day of your scheduled test using your APPLICANT NUMBER provided in your registration dashboard. |
| STEP 4 | TEST: • Be at the testing venue 1 hour prior to the Test Schedule/Time. • Bring any Valid ID for Verification Purposes. • Bring the following: -Your proof of payment/receipt (if applicable) -Two (2) Mongol #2 Pencils -One (1) Black Ball Pen |
| STEP 5 | RELEASE and POSTING of RESULTS • ONLY THE NAMES OF PASSERS will be posted on the Official Website and Facebook Page of the University and the Guidance and Counseling Center. • Test results will be released and posted within three (3) working days. • Test Results will also be available in the applicant’s Registration Dashboard and sent via Email. |
