The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) recorded a 90.24% institutional passing rate in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PmLE), with Mark Haevin C. Manuel, RPm, placing Top 10 nationwide with a rating of 92.40%.
USLT also recorded a 97.22% passing rate among first-time takers, higher than the 91.72% national passing rate.
A total of 37 Louisian graduates passed the examination and are now among the newly registered psychometricians ready to begin their professional practice.
