The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) has once again been certified by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) after successfully renewing its compliance with the Data Protection Officer and Data Processing System (DPO/DPS) registration requirements.
This renewed certification affirms the university’s continued registration under NPC Registration No. PIC-013-404-2025 and is now valid until November 26, 2026. The certificate serves as official proof of compliance and underscores USLT’s unwavering commitment to upholding national data privacy standards.
Guided by Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, USLT remains steadfast in safeguarding the privacy rights of its stakeholders while supporting the responsible and ethical flow of information in a digital landscape.
