BES-ABM Area Head earns National UNESCO Clubs Educator Award

The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) proudly congratulates Mr. John Mosel Bitonio, MBA, Area Head of the Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) of the Basic Education School (BES), for being recognized as a Clubs for UNESCO Outstanding Educator by the National Coordinating Body of UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines (NCBUCP), Inc.


This distinguished acknowledgment was presented during the International Assembly of Youth for UNESCO (Y4U) 2025, held from November 21–23, 2025, at the Forest Crest Nature Hotel & Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas. The honor is part of Y4U’s annual tradition of celebrating individuals whose work demonstrates excellence, ethical leadership, and meaningful contributions to society.


The Outstanding Educator award pays tribute to teachers and academic leaders whose dedication, creativity, and service significantly promote UNESCO’s thrusts in education, culture, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.


Mr. Bitonio’s recognition marks a special achievement for BES and the entire Louisian community, as he becomes the first USLT educator to receive this award from NCBUCP. His commitment to advancing quality instruction, holistic formation, and impactful initiatives continues to uplift and inspire the institution.
