The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT)–Basic Education School (BES) proudly celebrated the academic excellence of its Senior High School (SHS) students during the First Semester Midterm Recognition Ceremony, held at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium on September 16, 2025.
In her opening message, Dr. Emily T. Mabborang, BES Principal, commended the students for their perseverance and reminded them that academic success is both a privilege and a responsibility that reflects discipline, determination, and faith.
The recognition ceremony honored Grade 11 and Grade 12 Louisian GEMS who demonstrated outstanding performance. A total of 55 Grade 11 students received White Cards, while 48 students earned Blue Cards. Meanwhile, among the Grade 12 learners, 43 students were recognized with White Cards and 125 with Blue Cards.
The awarding of cards was spearheaded by Dr. Luisa B. Aquino, Vice President for Academics, together with the BES administration and faculty.
