USLT alumnus passes the 2025 Technical Evaluation for Professional Electronics Engineers

The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) proudly congratulates its alumnus, Engr. Jake D. La Madrid, for successfully passing the Technical Evaluation for the Upgrading as Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) conducted in April and May 2025.


La Madrid completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2006, earned a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2016, and recently obtained a Doctor of Engineering Management in 2025.


Engr. La Madrid is among the 57 examinees who successfully passed the rigorous Technical Evaluation, a formal assessment process conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to determine the readiness and qualification of Registered Electronics Engineers (RECE) seeking to attain the Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) status in the Philippines.


This prestigious recognition is awarded to engineers who demonstrate extensive technical expertise, leadership in project implementation, and meaningful contributions to the profession’s advancement.
