The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) held its 54th Commencement Exercises on June 19 and 20, 2025, marking the graduation of 1,036 students.
Kicking off the celebration, the graduating students came together for a baccalaureate mass at the Good Shepherd Chapel ahead of their graduation ceremony. Together with their parents and guardians, they reflected on their academic journey and expressed their gratitude for the guidance and blessings received throughout their studies.
In the ceremony, USLT conferred the degrees, titles, and diplomas to the 318 graduates from the School of Architecture, Computing, and Engineering (SACE); 263 graduates of the School of Accountancy, Business, and Hospitality (SABH); 204 graduates of the School of Health and Allied Sciences (SHAS); and 112 graduates from the School of Education, Criminology, Arts, and Psychology (SECAP).
Outstanding graduates were also honored with academic citations as recognition of their exemplary academic achievements, alongside certificates of recognition to the parents and guardians of honor graduates.
Additionally, the School of Advanced Studies (SAS) awarded the diplomas and degrees of its 139 graduates for completing their master’s and doctoral degrees.
Ms. Rejielyn Malaca Esquivel, LPT, was also acknowledged and awarded a plaque of recognition and cash incentive during the ceremony for her outstanding performance as she ranked tenth nationally in the September 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.
Preceding the commencement exercises, parents of the graduating students received a touching tribute in a celebration called “Pagpupugay sa mga Magulang.” This celebration marked the graduation season with the utmost respect and gratitude towards the ones who paved the way for the graduates’ success.
The graduation ceremony is a celebration of the hard work, perseverance, and excellence of the Louisian graduates, showcasing the institution’s dedication to academic excellence and the promising futures of its graduates.
