USLT-BES teachers complete NCII Training

In line with its commitment to continuous professional development, the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) successfully concluded the Bread and Pastry Production NCII Training for the Basic Education School (BES) faculty. Held from May 21 to June 11, 2025, the training was conducted at the university campus and was participated in by 23 teachers from the Junior High School and Senior High School units.

Ms. Finz Gwyneth D. Puzon, a certified trainer from the TESDA Regional Training Center, facilitated the training. Throughout the program, teachers engaged in intensive hands-on sessions focused on baking, pastry preparation, kitchen sanitation, and food safety. The said training was designed to enhance the participants’ technical skills and support their continuing education, helping them acquire relevant competencies for instructional and practical applications.

This professional development activity reflects the university’s dedication to equipping its educators with relevant and versatile skills. By gaining a National Certificate in Bread and Pastry Production, the participants can now integrate real-world knowledge into their teaching and school-based programs.

The Louisian community proudly congratulates the 23 BES teachers for successfully completing the Bread and Pastry Production NCII Training. Their willingness to learn and improve sets an example of excellence and growth within the academic community.
