[Tuguegarao City, May 15, 2025] – Progressing on the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 2, 2025, the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao (USLT) and the Grandsoul Japan (GSJ) Co. Ltd. have officially inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to formalize their partnership for collaborative development programs.
The ceremonial signing, held at USLT’s Sacred Heart Boardroom, was attended by key officials from both institutions. The MOA outlines concrete terms and responsibilities, particularly in relation to skills training and potential employment pathways in the nursing care and construction industries.
Mr. Roderick Ulep, the Head of the Linkages Office of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA-Calamba Campus, extended his appreciation for the swift processing of the academic collaboration.
While Dr. Luisa B. Aquino, USLT’s Vice President for Academics, responded that the partnership formalization marks the beginning of real opportunities for Louisian students and graduates.
The signing of the collaboration agreement is anticipated to open more job opportunities for graduates in nursing and engineering and improve industry-academe collaboration in the succeeding years.
