The 3rd Louisian Travel Mart 2025 was the culminating activity of the 3rd-year Tourism students of the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao, in collaboration with the Hospitality Management team. Centered on the theme “Endless Fun Cagayan,” the event featured two teams—Northern Blooms and Sicily of the North—who showcased Cagayan’s tourism through booth presentations, innovative food products, and cultural dances.
Each booth highlighted the unique destinations, culture, and attractions of Cagayan, while the food items offered a creative twist on local flavors, with the support of the Hospitality partners. The cultural dance performances brought energy and life to the event, reflecting the richness of the province’s traditions.
Ms. Jam Villafuerte, Tourism Operations Assistant of the Marketing and Promotions under the Operations Division of the Cagayan Tourism Office, was welcomed as a special guest judge. Her presence made the event even more meaningful and inspiring for all participants.
In like manner, gratitude was also expressed to the Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Cagayan Tourism Office led by Environmental Planner Jenifer Junio-Baquiran, for their generous support of the Louisian Travel Mart 2025. Their involvement made this event even more meaningful and successful.
Overall, the activity allowed the participants to apply classroom knowledge, develop practical skills in tourism and hospitality, and proudly promote the beauty of Cagayan.
