๐ง๐ผ ๐ฐ๐น๐ฎ๐ถ๐บ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฝ๐:
1. Visit the Alumni Affairs Office (in front of the Office of the Vice President for Administration).
2. Present a valid ID for verification.
3. Fill out a form with your details for records.
4. Proceed to the Accounting Office for verification.
5. Claim your 2020 Annual book at the Alumni Affairs Office.
NOTE: If claiming through a representative, he/she must present:
ยท A signed authorization letter from the owner, and
ยท A valid ID of both the owner and the representative.
