The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao’s (USLT) Community Engagement and CICM Advocacies (CECA), in collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross – Cagayan Chapter, successfully conducted a bloodletting activity on February 6, 2025, at the N6-Hall.
The initiative drew participation from USLT students, faculty, non-teaching personnel, alumni, and visitors, resulting in the collection of 85 blood bags. Prior to the donation drive, a Blood Donation Campaign and Recruitment Drive was held on February 3, 2025, to raise awareness and encourage participation.
Further, this activity is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being, aimed to support medical needs and promote public health.
Through this program, USLT continues to foster a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility, strengthening its commitment to community service and healthcare advocacy.
