BES recognizes 110 CAPABLE academic achievers

The Basic Education School (BES)-Elementary Unit recognized the academic excellence of its pupils during the First Grading Academic Recognition held on December 6, 2024, at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo.


A total of 110 students were awarded for their outstanding academic performance, comprising 63 White Card awardees and 47 Blue Card awardees.


The awards were conferred by Dr. Emily T. Mabborang, Assistant Vice President for Basic Education, and Lovely Joy O. Ruiz, MST, Assistant Principal for Academics.


The program also featured an inspirational message from Tessa Carmela B. Mendoza, a Grade VI awardee, who shared her insights on perseverance and the value of education, which inspired her peers to strive for greater heights.


The event underlined the university’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing the potential of its learners to excel further in their academic pursuits.
