USL produces 3rd place regional topnotcher in 2024 CLE

Jhon R. Pagulayan, a graduate of the University of Saint Louis (USL) and part of the pioneer batch of the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program, secured the Top 3 spot in the region during the July-August 2024 Criminologists Licensure Examination (CLE), with an outstanding average of 88.80%. This milestone was celebrated during the Joint Oath-taking Ceremonies of New Criminologists and Induction of New PCAP Members, held at the University of Cagayan Valley on October 19, 2024.

The newly licensed criminologist, who ranked among the top achievers in the region, expressed immense pride and gratitude during the ceremony. “It is such a rewarding moment to be hailed as the Top 3 (Regional Topnotcher) during the July-August Criminologists Licensure Examination. I’m still overwhelmed by the love and appreciation that I am continuously receiving from everyone,” shared Pagulayan.

Likewise, he dedicated this success to his family, the supportive Louisian community, and, in loving memory of his cherished classmate, Jansen D. Arao, whose legacy continues to inspire.

During the interview, Pagulayan also encouraged future criminologists, saying, “To all aspiring Louisian Criminologists, stay focused and committed. Always remember that you’re the molder of your own future.”

This achievement not only underscores the dedication and excellence of the USL criminology program but also serves as an inspiration for future Louisian criminologists to continue striving for greatness.
